Clothing Importing Company: Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory
A database application to track sales and purchase orders, as well as recording inventory levels of all stock. Despatch and invoicing are also taken care of, and a wide variety of reports is available. A barcode scanner may be used for entering orders and producing pick-slips. A second application, for use on reps' portable computers, enables reps to enter sales and have access to the latest customer, sales and inventory data. Mortgage Broking Company: Client Management, Loan/Commission Tracking, Loan Quotations
A database application which records details of clients and their loans, and keeps track of lender commission payments and how those payments are split between the various interested parties, eg. brokers, managers, agents, franchisees.

Roof Truss Company: Quotation System
A database application to assist sales personnel in preparing detailed quotations, including costing and scheduling of a job.
Hotel Chain: Customer Loyalty Program
A database application which enables effective record-keeping of all necessary components of the customer loyalty program - members, point balances, hotel stays, room values, points earned, redemptions, rewards, suppliers, etc - and the presentation of this information in a user-friendly format which simplifies administrative processes and allows member queries to be answered easily. Daily or weekly data files of hotel stay information are received from the hotels and uploaded into the database. A great variety of reports have been developed for analysis of the data, including quarterly statements for members.
Large National Union: Membership Records, Accounts, Reporting
Development and extension of an existing database application consisting of an Access front-end over a SQL Server database. The database records all membership details including employment, membership terms, membership history, accounts and statistics. A great variety of reports have been developed and the system includes many functions to streamline the work-flow processes of union staff.
